1. Identify your situation

Until December 31, 2012, installations subject to the authorization regime, whose heading was listed in Appendix 1 of arrêté du 29 juin 2004 modifié (see INERIS ), were required to carry out an operating review every ten years.

No operating report is due since December 31, 2012.

As of January 7, 2014, the operating report system will be replaced by the obligation to draw up a file to review the initial authorization conditions.
