2. What are the procedures for re-examining the conditions of authorization for your facility as of January 7, 2014?

The obligation to review depends on the publication of the Conclusions on BAT.

As of this publication, you have two obligations.

2.1 First obligation: prepare a file to review authorization conditions

Within one year of the publication of the BAT Conclusion concerning your activity, you must submit a file to the Prefect of your département (the Prefect of Police in Paris), requesting a review of your permit conditions.
