As part of the review file, you must describe the measures taken to apply the best available techniques. The aim is to validate that the means used are the most effective, in compliance with regulations.
3.1 Describe current resources
At this stage of the study, current means of preventing and reducing pollution are described. Following this description, an analysis of their performance is drawn up. For all facilities, the resources will be listed, together with their operating rates, abatement efficiencies for the main flows and means of control.
