The aim of the conformity analysis is to check that the regulatory requirements of the applicable texts are in line with the operational reality of the organization's activities, by listing non-conformities and points that comply with the regulations.
2.1 Analyze the compliance of your activities
The various requirements are described in articles of the text. Assessing the degree of compliance involves comparing the requirements of the texts article by article with the reality in the field. Field verifications are necessary to assess the degree of existing compliance and to decide on the actions to be taken to guarantee regulatory compliance.
