4. Draw up an Internal Operations Plan

The various sections of an Internal Operations Plan are detailed below:

4.1 Chapter 1 – Alert

The information provided by an automatic accident detection system or by the first witness triggers the alert. This stage is essential for taking the first protective measures, limiting response times and ensuring their effectiveness.

This chapter includes the alert dissemination plan, the alert messages to be transmitted to external emergency services and local contacts (town hall, police station, etc.), the company's telephone directory and the link with other emergency plans.
