1. Who is concerned? For which waste?

This provision concerns all those involved in waste management:

  • the waste producer or shipper ;

  • the transporter and the collector ;

  • the trader ;

  • operators of transit, grouping, sorting and processing facilities.

Only households and, on a case-by-case basis, certain persons mentioned above are exempt, subject to a ministerial decree.

Article 10 of the arrêté du 29 février 2012 adds the following to the list of exempt companies:
