3. What information is required?

The information to be supplied will vary depending on the player in the disposal chain.

3.1 Producer, shipper

The waste producer or consignor must provide the following information for each outgoing waste item:

  • date of waste shipment ;

  • identification of the nature of the outgoing waste by means of the waste code (cf. appendix II of article R. 541-8 of the Code de l’environnement );

  • the quantity of outgoing waste ;

  • the name and address of the facility to which the waste is shipped;...
