4.1 Entrust the register to a competent person

Entrusting the keeping of this register to a person competent in waste management will enable you to obtain an exhaustive tracking register. Then make sure that this person fills in your register as and when waste is removed or received, and complete any missing information using other documents (BSD, invoices, etc.).
