5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Never cheat!

You should be aware that any natural or legal person who fails to fill in a waste tracking register, refuses to provide information, provides incorrect information or deliberately makes it materially impossible to provide this information to the inspection services for classified installations, is liable to a 4th class fine (i.e. a fine of up to 750 euros for natural persons and up to 3,750 euros for legal persons).
