2. What is a waste tracking register?

In the same way as the waste tracking form (cf. The BSD, how to fill it in? [FIC 1216] ), the chronological register of waste production, dispatch, receipt and treatment ensures the traceability of waste throughout its treatment chain. Thanks to this register, traceability can be extended to non-hazardous waste when the BSD only concerns hazardous waste.

It enables :

  • ensure traceability of waste and its disposal in accordance with regulations;

  • prove that the actor is not liable in the event...
