INTRODUCTION
You are subject to ADR regulations (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) because of your activity involving the transport of dangerous goods by road, in order to prevent any risk of accident/incident linked to the transport of these dangerous goods.
The purpose of this fact sheet is to explain the ADR regulations, so that you can better understand your obligations in relation to your activity and the dangerous goods involved.
The conditions imposed by the ADR cover the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous goods, as well as the construction, equipment and operation of vehicles carrying these goods.
