3. How can I use BASOL to draw up an impact study for my operating permit application?

When compiling your operating permit file, you must include an impact study, as stipulated in Article R. 512-6 of the French Environment Code ( Code de l’environnement ). The minimum content of this study is set out in article R. 122-5 of the same code. It sets out the various points that must be covered in the impact study, and specifies that the study must be proportionate to the environmental sensitivity of the area likely to be impacted by your project. To help you draw up your impact study, we recommend that you consult the Fact Sheet Elaborating an impact study
