3. Synthesize and validate information for subsequent sharing
You now have information to report to a defined target. Not all of the information gathered is directly relevant to the target. You therefore need to synthesize this information, purge it of superfluous additions and reprocess it where necessary. For example, you can associate keywords, highlight important elements, merge documents...
