3. Synthesize and validate information for subsequent sharing

You now have information to report to a defined target. Not all of the information gathered is directly relevant to the target. You therefore need to synthesize this information, purge it of superfluous additions and reprocess it where necessary. For example, you can associate keywords, highlight important elements, merge documents...

Once this has been done, all that remains is to validate the information (by mobilizing the relevant stakeholders) and ensure that it meets the desired objective.

From what was initially a vaguely expressed or even implicit need, you've now arrived at information that's hierarchical, classified and relevant. Step by step, precision increases to serve the objective of reporting as accurately as possible.
