3. Drawing up a good project plan
The overall plan will be used by the project manager to mobilize batch management to carry out the activities and resources (nature of resources) assigned to them. This plan, and its level of detail "by batch", will enable batch managers to organize their teams, to allocate ongoing activities and project activities for the project period, and to have a "global" estimate of resources and workload for the project activities to be carried out.
One of the recommendations is to produce a "semi-detailed" project plan to control project activities, based on milestones set every 4 to 6 weeks.
The team plan must be sufficiently detailed. It must enable measurable results to be monitored over short periods (weekly for project progress feedback), and allow team members and project stakeholders to fit the work into their diaries.
