6.1 Be rigorous
The use of public funding, whether direct (CIFRE, CIR...) or through the establishment of collaborative projects, via competitiveness clusters for example, requires a great deal of rigor.
As far as the clusters are concerned, you first need to identify the one(s) that correspond(s) to the fields of activity you're interested in, then work with their managers to identify the programs that concern you, and finally the partners you'll be working with to put together one (or more) project file(s).
The dossiers are then submitted to the various scientific and financial bodies for approval before work actually begins.
