1. How do you put in place the human resources needed to implement your innovation plan?

1.1 Recruitment plan

The method that immediately springs to mind is to set up a recruitment plan for engineers and/or technicians, according to the classic criteria, i.e. by :

  • areas of expertise (appropriate to the technical, technological and even scientific specificities of the innovation);

  • experience (or not).

However, this method has the disadvantage of being time-consuming and costly in terms of the time and effort it takes to get the job done (involving a recruitment agency and several candidate interviews).
