5. How do you set up an industrial partnership?

We would not be complete without mentioning strategic alliances with other companies. In some cases, this rapprochement can be initiated during projects carried out within the framework of competitiveness clusters, particularly those leading to the creation of start-ups. In such cases, several solutions can be envisaged:

• subcontracting (enrichment of the value chain) ;

• JV (joint venture) alliances;

• purchase or merger with another company.
