1. Define project stages

The first step is to define the stages of the project or action plan. To identify the stages of the project, you need to brainstorm with the people involved. A brainstorming-type meeting is the best way to get ideas off the ground ( cf. Brainstorming [FIC 0495] ).

For each of the identified tasks, define :

  • start date (or time) ;

  • estimated duration ;

  • the corresponding burden in terms of resources.
