3.1 Use specific tools for large projects

The Gantt chart is difficult to implement on an Excel tool beyond a certain number of tasks. If your projects are complex and involve multiple tasks, you may prefer to use dedicated software (which offers advanced features) or the PERT method (see below, Go further – Bibliography).
