4. Mistakes to avoid

4.1 Don't update the schedule too much

If the schedule is constantly evolving, players will no longer consult it. On the contrary, if it's not dynamic, it won't serve as a tool either. You need to find the right compromise.

4.2 Don't show too many tasks in the diagram

A lot of information on your Gantt chart can make it unreadable. If you have a lot of sub-tasks, don't make them appear when you print the document.
