 INTRODUCTION

An agile team uses specific project practices, such as Scrum, to achieve a high level of responsiveness to customer requests.

The main objective is to achieve genuine customer satisfaction through a high level of involvement in the project.

Scrum is an "agile" project management method that originated and has been successfully applied in the IT industry. However, it does not contain any practices specific to IT, which means it can be applied in other fields... as long as its principles of value maximization and cost minimization are retained.
