To analyze the specific characteristics of our stakeholders, we need to be able to answer the following questions.

• What role do stakeholders play in the project?

• What influence do they have?

• Which stakeholders have an impact on the project's success? How can they play a decisive role?

• What are their interests, strengths and weaknesses?

• What kind of intervention or action can we expect from them?

The aim is to put in place a method for collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information in order to determine the interests to be taken into account throughout the project.
