There are many key stakeholders in the project:

• the project manager ;

• the customer ;

• company management ;

• the sponsor ;

• the project team ;

• the organization's players ;

• and all those – inside or outside the company – who can influence the project.

Certain people or organizations are not always naturally considered as stakeholders, but it is necessary to question their possible involvement:

• users ;

• subcontractors ;

• patent holders ;

• employee representatives...
