Make sure you have as exhaustive a list of stakeholders as possible at the start of the project
Identify potential conflicts of interest for stakeholders (between their role in the company and their role as a stakeholder in the project).
Pay close attention to the involvement of stakeholder representatives (participation in project meetings and effective contribution to joint work).
