4. Minimize communication problems

Agile methods are based on the principle that oral communication is the quickest and most informative. Although the written word can sometimes be used as a support, face-to-face communication is the preferred method. This practice also has the advantage of creating a team spirit that encompasses the technical team and the product manager.

This can be seen on several levels.

• Share the same workspace with the whole team (product manager, experts and technical team). This way, any question is immediately answered, meetings are improvised as needed, and a development is immediately validated by the product manager.
