6. How do you go from functional definition to DFHN?

The two approaches, external and internal, are looped together to form the DFHN.

The method consists of combining the two approaches into a "Meta-QFD" matrix, which will enable us to specify the links between expectations and responses, particularly in terms of the technologies implemented within the company.
