1. The different phases of risk analysis
Risk analysis is a collegial process. The aim is to measure any deviations from a defined reference scenario.
We will first discuss the roles and responsibilities of each of the players involved in risk analysis. Then we'll look at the specific role of the project manager, and finally at the skills required by the risk manager to carry out the analysis.
The risk manager can't manage to grasp all the risks of a project without calling on the specialists in the various fields.
