 INTRODUCTION

A consortium agreement is mandatory for contracting a scope and price between entities from different companies, or even from the same group, in order to respond to customer bids and then execute a global contract for this customer.

This internal contract must be signed by all parties and must apply regardless of the project's future, hazards, risks and opportunities, in order to present ourselves with a single voice to the customer.
