The international dimension of a project can be :

  • individual: people from different backgrounds take part in the project;

  • collective: organizations from different backgrounds participate in the project.

In both cases, the sources of difficulties are of the same nature, as they stem from human interaction expressed through :

  • behavior ;

  • VALUES ;

  • language ;

  • rites and traditions ;

  • food, clothing ;

  • music ;

  • belief systems...
