In any project, two distinct and complementary logics coexist:
the division into work packages. Whatever the final deliverable, each batch corresponds to a sub-assembly requiring skills specific to the expected result. In carrying out this work package, the business culture is predominant, and the players find their reference points in their usual professional practices. These practices are made up of principles, rules, methods, tools and qualifications... which, over time, have been forged to make the practice as efficient as possible.
