To carry out a project, you need to bring together stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds. It thus becomes a place for both gathering and confronting interests, which need to converge in the best possible way to achieve the assigned objectives.
When we describe a project as multicultural, we are usually referring to the fact that it involves players from different countries. Indeed, globalization has accentuated the international dimension of projects, whatever their size or nature.
However, while this geographical aspect is important, it is not the only one to generate cultural differences likely to have negative consequences in the running of a project.
