The Decision Time Line (DTL) represents the necessary path for any decision, be it product design, such as technology choices, project management, such as resource allocation, or corporate organization, such as the choice of reorganization.
Guiding players through the decision-making process limits errors and improves the decision-making process.
Figure 1 shows the TLD, its six stages and the different possible paths.
