INTRODUCTION
Your projects are repeatedly encountering problems, and yet you have mastered the technique... The reasons are not so much technical as managerial, human and contextual. In this fact sheet, we propose a method for analyzing dysfunctions in decision-making within your projects, and drawing up recommendations.
This method helps you to :
identify the skills needed to carry out an action ;
formalize the "criteria" of choice in the process of selecting a player for a project;
choose an actor to perform an action ;
analyze malfunctions in terms of knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills.
The presentation of a case study (see step 4) shows how, based on an analysis of dysfunctions in a company's decision-making process, we can draw up recommendations for implementing a project-based organization.
