2. Completing and compiling the report

Completing the report for all project items will give the customer a comprehensive view of progress, and provide good preparation for periodic meetings.

It is also an information exchange document.

Throughout the project, and as the activities unfold, you keep your customer informed of the facts about the various activities.

It is important to provide the customer with a summary of the activities in progress, and a clear view of the schedule, so that he can measure whether the physical progress corresponds to the original forecasts.

As the project progresses and the sequence of activities progresses, information will be provided on :
