4. Our advice

4.1 Prepare a complete structure

It will provide the customer with a comprehensive overview of his project and enable him to measure its progress.

Illustrate the report with photos corresponding to the different stages of the project, from design, manufacturing in the factory and at subcontractors in phases where the customer has little visibility (design offices, manufacturer's workshops or subcontractors), and activities on the customer's site.

Keep the customer informed of the strategic choices made on the project, so that he can play an active part in the consequences and results.
