3. Distribute report to customer and present at progress meeting

The report must be circulated to the customer by agreeing on a date prior to the project meeting.

This report can be used as a support and guide for the meeting, forming part of the agenda.

Distributing the report on time will enable the customer to read the facts in full, and become fully immersed in the project. This will enable them to prepare questions and a detailed agenda for the progress meeting, as well as informing the builder of issues to be addressed or subjects to be discussed in greater detail.

This report therefore provides a good basis for an effective and constructive progress meeting between the two parties.
