7.1 Make all players aware of the quality and regularity of the information provided.

As mentioned above, project updating relies on the commitment of all project stakeholders to produce data that reflects the real progress of the project. It is therefore essential, when launching the project, to communicate with stakeholders on the importance of updating the project, the frequency of information feedback (and its compliance), the nature of the information to be communicated, and the difficulties encountered, not only to keep track of the project's progress, but also to implement measures to remedy any malfunctions.
