6. Reschedule the project
If the various updates and earned value indicators highlight time and cost discrepancies, and your end-of-project indicators (EAC and BAC) make it difficult to meet the project deadlines, you will have to make changes (link changes, resource overload changes, rest day changes, etc.), or even completely revise the project schedule.
Don't forget to systematically save the different planning versions.
