1. Prepare project update
Since version 2003, the [Gantt Tracking] display has been associated with the [Entry Table], which lets you plan the name and duration of tasks. It is the [Entry Table] which will report on planning data entered at this stage of your project – or not communicated (NC).
Make sure that [Gantt Tracking] is displayed. Open the [View] menu, [Tracking] table; the toolbar from which you select [Tracking] is very useful, as it offers you progress levels (and their visualization) for the project.
Display the [Date line], click on [Format/Squaring]: in the [Feature to modify] list, select [Status date], choose [Type/Color] and click on OK.
In the [Project/Project information] menu, enter the [Status date] on which you wish to update. The set line appears on the screen. By default, the status date is at the end of the day....
