4. Draft and distribute meeting minutes

Once the meeting is over, the project manager must :

  • recover (from the meeting secretary), reread and validate the minutes, which must be accurate and provide for the respective actions of each player with a completion date;

  • distribute the minutes to all those involved in the project, even those not present;

  • update project documents (project charter or management plan, schedule, communication plan, etc.);

  • distribute these updated documents.
