2. Organizing the meeting

You need to plan the logistics of the kick-off meeting.

This meeting can take place in two stages, if desired: a first meeting internal to the company or consortium, and a second to be held with the customer.

The first meeting, in addition to informing and exchanging ideas with the whole team, will also serve to prepare the meeting with the customer, the first milestone in the project.

2.1 Define date, location, start and end times

To avoid any false notes, take care to :
