3. Managing feedback
Although the project closing stage is dedicated to this, "feedback" sessions (Rex or "lessons learned") should be planned at the end of the various project phases. They focus on success and failure factors, the identification of these factors in projects and recommendations for future projects. These sessions can cover the technical areas of engineering, supply chain, quality, management and all project processes. These lessons learned are compiled, formalized and capitalized on throughout the project.
The purpose of feedback meetings can vary, although the focus is more generally on technical and product development processes, as well as on difficulties in delivering project work.
