This information is provided at regular team meetings, management reviews and progress meetings with customers.

Keep stakeholders informed, and involve them in the project to avoid late discovery of a problem and its consequences.

Integrate the need to collect and analyze feedback right from the project design stage. This will make it easier to formalize this enriching feedback for future projects during the closing phase.
