INTRODUCTION
You've been asked to supply equipment for a specific function, but there aren't always official, objective evaluation methods for all performances.
The aim of this approach is to reach agreement with your customer on how the result will be assessed, because every project must be able to be sanctioned by an evaluation of the performance achieved.
This presupposes that the level to be reached is clearly expressed beforehand, and if possible quantified according to test procedures to be applied during the course of the project or on acceptance (or even after a contractually agreed deadline).
