3. Create your own standards or test procedures

Nowhere are there any test methods adapted or adaptable to project monitoring and acceptance.

In this case, you need to be able to draw up the performance evaluation procedures required, in the form of test methods.

We'll then take care to respect certain principles:

  • Write the method in a neutral, unbiased way that could give rise to suspicion as to the orientation of measurement methods or the possible interpretation of results.

  • If possible, try to ensure that both parties - customer and supplier - feel able to carry out these tests.

  • Write the methods according to a standard outline. Each test method must therefore include :
