It may happen that during the course of the study, you need to change the test method; most of the time, by changing the evaluation scale, changing the test reference*, adapting the acceptance criteria**. All these changes must be made in consultation with your customer.
*Let's imagine that you've set as reference 100 (maximum quotation) a reference that you find inferior to your production, you'll take care to specify, for example, that the quotation scale is not limited. Some would say that this could be generalized. This could be interpreted by your customer as an obligation to exceed this limit, and this is not desirable.
