4.1 The need to adapt indicators to the specific characteristics of the project
The indicators proposed above are generic and can be applied to a large number of projects.
In addition to these indicators, it may be useful to track other aspects specific to a project. An example might be a specific performance target, such as cycle time for an operation. In this case, not only will an indicator dedicated to the "quality" area of competence be created, but it will also be added to the project's summary dashboard because of its particular importance.
