6.1 Don't make the dashboard tell you everything
The maxim "too much information kills information" takes on its full meaning in this type of situation. The project manager wants to see, follow and control everything, down to the smallest detail, on a single Excel spreadsheet. The result is an unreadable table, where the information is sometimes written in size 6, and in which everything can be found, but nothing can be followed.
Management needs an overview of your project and the actions to be taken.
