5.1 Select the right indicators for your project
To build a dashboard, you need to work on the relevance and precision of each indicator, as well as their overall coherence. In addition to the "standard" indicators, you'll need to think about setting up specific indicators, which must nevertheless respect the golden rule of indicators, i.e. they must be simple, reproducible and understandable by all.
