5.1 Select the right indicators for your project

To build a dashboard, you need to work on the relevance and precision of each indicator, as well as their overall coherence. In addition to the "standard" indicators, you'll need to think about setting up specific indicators, which must nevertheless respect the golden rule of indicators, i.e. they must be simple, reproducible and understandable by all.

The presentation must be :

• The important thing is to choose an indicator for a given problem and not to overwhelm the customer with information;

• focused on sensitive subjects; among the important points on the dashboard, we need to be able to highlight those that are likely to be...
