 INTRODUCTION

Organizing and structuring the analysis of the impact and treatment of the risks associated with the implementation of change is imperative if we are to better support the process.

Proper identification and management of these risks:

  • increase the likelihood of successful implementation of the change defined by its objectives ;

  • promote stakeholder involvement in the implementation and ownership of change in the operational phase, to improve its effectiveness;

  • help to reduce the number of unforeseen events, resistance to change and obstacles to its implementation; they therefore reduce the overall need for resources, enabling the best solutions to be defined and implemented.

This sheet defines the actions to be taken to identify and limit risks, and to promote acceptance and ownership of project modifications by stakeholders.
